Payments for consultations and laboratory soil analysis are due at the time of booking. Cancellation for on-site visits requires 24 hours' notice, as we schedule our experts to travel across the city to reach your doorstep. We believe in transparency, so there are no Hidden Fees for our plant selection advice—just honest, expert guidance.
Intellectual property is important to us. All unique garden designs and organic layouts provided by our consultants remain the property of FeralGrow until full payment is received. We're proud of our work, and we know you will be too. Let's keep your soil clean and your conscience clear.
Liability is limited to the cost of services provided. While we're masters of organic pest management, nature occasionally has its own plans. We can't be held responsible for extreme weather events or pre-existing soil contamination that falls outside the scope of our remediation plans.
